Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing plus approximately 5 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking by email.

We ship across the United States and internationally for the travelers who carry more than one home. Delivery windows depend on your location and carrier; we'll always show the most accurate estimate we can at checkout rather than promise a date we can't guarantee.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery. Unworn pieces in their original condition can be returned or exchanged. Because charms are meant to be personal, we ask that they be unworn with packaging intact.
